The rental vehicles in our store come with a three-year warranty. The configurations are as follows: Configuration 1: Adult model, 72V, 6000W, 25Ah, maximum speed over 70 miles per hour, range 75-100 kilometers; Configuration 2: Youth model, 48V, 1000W, 20Ah, maximum speed 20-35 miles per hour, range 50-70 kilometers. Bulk orders receive better prices. We support OEM/ODM and logo customization, and you can choose any color you like.
Purchase includes a car sticker.

1. About Shipping
Except for pre-sale orders, we will ship your order within 48 hours after successful payment. If shipping is delayed due to holidays, large promotions, force majeure, or other special circumstances, the shipping time will be subject to the notice on the product page or the information provided by our customer service. For pre-sale orders, the shipping time is as shown on the order details page.
   
2. About Returns and Exchanges
To ensure a better customer experience, this product supports limited 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges, provided that the vehicle is in an undamaged condition that does not affect its resale, with no obvious signs of use. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Due to the complex usage scenarios of this product, which can lead to rapid wear and tear, orders beyond 7 days will only be eligible for repairs or replacement of parts, and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. By placing an order, you confirm your agreement to this term.
 
Note: The 7-day period is calculated from the date of delivery as recorded by the logistics provider.
For non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, a wear and tear fee, and a 50-yuan packaging fee. Please keep the original packaging carton for approximately 15 days after receiving your order. If the carton is not available for return or exchange, an additional fee will be charged. Please consider this before placing your order.
  
3. About Battery Life
All battery life descriptions on the product page are based on laboratory test data, obtained under the following conditions: a 50kg load, a speed of 20KM/H, and a single full charge to complete discharge on a flat road.
Actual battery life may vary significantly depending on individual usage conditions, scenarios, purposes, load, riding habits, and speed. The stated battery life is for reference only and should not be considered a definitive guarantee. We recommend choosing a version with a higher battery life capacity if possible.

4. About the Battery
The lifespan of a lithium battery is closely related to the number of charge-discharge cycles and your usage habits. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged full-speed riding.
 
It is best to start charging when the battery has approximately 20% charge remaining and ensure a full charge. Once fully charged, disconnect the power immediately. Overcharging is not only unsafe but also shortens the battery's lifespan. Please charge your battery at a reasonable time.
 
Important Safety Notice: In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and product specifications, charging the battery or the entire vehicle indoors is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Always charge in an open, supervised area.
 
5. About Shipping
We continuously improve our product packaging and scientific placement methods, and partner with reliable and rigorous logistics companies. However, as electric vehicles are large items with many components, minor scratches from collisions may occur during transport.
 
We will provide free touch-up paint matching the original color, but this does not constitute a quality issue or product defect and cannot be used as a basis for returns. If you are unable to accept this, we can offer a replacement service.
 
For returns, please follow the 7-day no-reason return policy outlined in Section 2. By placing your order, you confirm your agreement to this term.
 
6. Riding Safety Tips
Do not use the front brake alone when the vehicle is in motion, as this can cause instability. In an emergency, use both the front and rear brakes together (always try to control your speed to avoid such situations).
 
Please ride in compliance with traffic rules, stay out of motorized vehicle lanes, and never overload or exceed the speed limit.

8. Exclusions from the 3-Package Warranty
1. Expired Warranty Period: Items that have exceeded their warranty period are not covered.
2. Misuse or Improper Maintenance: Failures caused by not following the User Manual for use, maintenance, or adjustment (not covered for impacts, water damage, or other human-caused issues).
3. Unauthorized Modification or Disassembly: Damage resulting from self-modification, disassembly, or tampering (e.g., cutting wires), where the original fault cannot be technically identified or analyzed.
4. Negligence or Accidents: Failures caused by improper storage, handling, or accidental damage.
5. Missing Documentation or Mismatched Parts: Vehicles without a valid warranty card, purchase invoice, or with mismatched accessories.
6. Free Gifts: Items provided as gifts are not covered under the warranty.
7. Non-Listed Components: Components not listed in the Component 3-Package Warranty Coverage & Period table are excluded from warranty.
 
Additional Notes
 
- For failures outside the 3-Package warranty scope or for main components after the warranty period, we still offer repair services. The cost of replacement parts will be charged at their original price, and shipping costs during repairs are split equally between the buyer and seller.
- Warranty Calculation: The 3-Package warranty period for components and the renewed warranty after part replacement both start from the date of delivery as recorded by the logistics provider.
- Batch Variations: Some parts may vary slightly between production batches. Please consider this before placing your order.
